While we know schedules can change quickly, cancelling, rescheduling or missing a booking with short notice causes our professionals to lose valuable time and work. To maintain our reliable service, we apply a fee when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled with short notice.

Note: If you have a cleaning plan, please refer to your contact to learn more about the fees associated with missed bookings during the term of your agreement. Additionally, cancelling your cleaning plan before the end of the term will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining balance. |
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the job has been completed. If for any reason we don't fulfill your expectations, we will come back and make things right. Just notify us within 24 hours about any issue related to your job and we will send our cleaners to re-clean all areas again, at no extra cost to you.
